Tomato Prosciutto and Arugula Salad
A crisp and colourful salad that's as fresh as it is tasty.
- 450 grams cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- Freshly ground pepper
- 113 grams thinly sliced prosciutto
- 2 cups baby arugula leaves
- 4 tablespoons Wafu® Wasabi Edamame Japanese Dressing
- Arrange tomatoes on a serving platter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place prosciutto slices over tomatoes.
- Add arugula.
- Drizzle with WAFU® Wasabi Edamame Japanese Dressing.
